Welcome to the Club Social Page. Introduction At Leigh & Bransford Badgers Football Club, we strive not only to provide our staff & members with footballing opportunities, but also social functions, competitions, and events, etc., as we believe this also helps in our commitment to keeping the fun, in and through football. These functions & events offer our staff, members, and their families, the ability to get together and enjoy each others company in a social atmosphere, whilst at the same time help support club fund raising. Admission charges are always kept to a minimum, as we really do value the social aspect these functions & events are designed to address! The Club acknowledges the generous support it receives at these functions & events, from our many well wishers, and we hope that by joining in these activities, you will find them most enjoyable, with our compliments! Events Co-ordinator Are you organised, enthusiastic, and enjoy social activities? We want to hear from anyone who feels he/she could help oversee the Club’s programme of social functions, events, and fundraising. Having a team of dedicated Club Staff and parental volunteers to assist will no doubt help the appointed person to be able to ensure that we can achieve our desired aims in this respect. As staff, members, and parents you are very welcome to join in and involve other family members and friends! We are always willing to try things out, so if anyone has any new ideas, please email us. Help! As you know, we are a club that is very much reliant on volunteers to staff every thing we do, from coaching to fund-raising. As such, we are always keen to hear from anyone interested in helping us staff these events. Even if it is just to sell raffle tickets or help ‘man’ a stall, we want to hear from you, so please email us! Raffles & Competitions At most if not all our functions & events we hold raffles and/or competitions. We are always on the look out for suitable would be prizes.
